We blend Dominican cacao, ground dates, and pure vanilla bean, crafting a super dark bar with a thick melt and long, fudgy finish. The dates are ground down, but their fiber and slightly sticky quality remains, creating a thick, slightly chewy melt. It's a texture that sticks to the top of your mouth in a pleasant way, letting the chocolate linger a little longer than usual. Who would have a problem with that? We taste notes of caramelized fruits and mousse.
